Spaghetti with Mince and TomatoThis is our family recipe based loosely on Spaghetti Bolognaise. Make enough for one.

Serves 1.

Ingredients:

150g (5 oz) Minced Beef

Tin of Chopped Tomatoes

1 Fresh Tomato, diced

Clove of Garlic 

Olive Oil

1 tsp Mixed herbs

75g (3oz) Spaghetti 

Method:

Chop the Garlic Clove and fry in some Olive Oil until slightly brown.

Add the Minced Beef to the frying pan and cook well until slightly brown and the meat is no longer pink.

Add the tin of Chopped Tomatoes, the diced fresh Tomato and seasoning and heat through. 

Meanwhile cook the Spaghetti as per packet (usually about 8 to 10 minutes). 

When the meat and tomato mixture is fully heated through add the mixed herbs and a dsh of red wine.
