For a simple, healthy start to the day, what could be better than stewed apple (or some other stewed or fresh fruit) with half a bowl of cereal? Just add a little milk and enjoy.
On some occasions this can also double up as a healthy option for all or part of a menu for lunch, dinner or a mid evening supper.
