Cake: a baked food, usually in a loaf or layer form. Typically made from a mixture of flour sugar and eggs, with other ingredients to introduce particular characteristics.

Victoria Sandwich A light fluffy cake with jam filling and wipped cream for that special treat.
Light Fruit cake This fruit cake is just like it says in the title - light! It’s a delight to eat fairly fresh. Added ingredients include glace cherries, mixed dried fruit, grated rind and the juice of a lemon, walnut halves.
